The Davis & Weber County Canal Company (DWCCC) was established October 1, 1898 to carry Weber River water from Riverdale, Utah, to Kaysville, Utah. The DWCCC was financed by the Peoples Bank & Trust Company through the auspices of the Utah Mortgage & Loan Company of Logan, Utah.
